Worldwide Express Delivery via DHL or UPS (where available) within 1 to 8 business days after dispatch of your order.

Delivery time might be subject to possible delays due to customs clearance. We do not take responsibility for any shipping delay.
When shipping outside of the European Union, the customer is responsible for any taxes and duties required by the country of delivery.

Shipping of orders on business days (Monday to Friday).

Due to the launch of our new collection, your order may be dispatched within 5 days instead of the usual 2 days. We promise we'll be fast as possible!

 

 

RETURNS

Purchased in-store at our Bachaumont flagship or at our corners of Le Bon Marché or La Samaritaine? Head back there to exchange or return your item(s).

Ordered online? You have two options: you can mail your return or drop it off at our Bachaumont flagship store.

 

RETURNS BY MAIL

You have 15 days after receiving your order to change your mind and return your item(s).

Pieces with missing tags won't be eligible for a refund. Beauty products will need to be returned unopened and in their original packaging.

You will be responsible for the return costs. The 15 days limit does not include the transit time (only the return request and the expedition) so you don’t need to opt for an express delivery option. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking.

To return an order, please follow these steps:

  1. In your Rouje account, « My returns », select the order and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a return label.
  3. Print the return label and insert it in your package before mailing it to the following address:

Your return label is essential in order to identify your package and process your refund.

Once we've received your order, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, you'll be alerted via email.

 

IN-STORE RETURNS*

  1. In your Rouje account, « My returns », select the order and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a return label.
  3. Head to 11 bis, rue Bachaumont, 75002 Paris with your item(s) and return label

Our team will process the return. The refund will appear on your account within 15 days.

*Archives returns are made exclusively by post.
